Terms and Conditions



Orders

You must review the design and/or quote for accuracy, before confirming your order. You can confirm your order in person or through email. Expocabinets is not responsible for any mistakes on confirmed orders. Full payment must be received and cleared prior to your pickup/delivery for an order to be released. There will be a $35 fee for any bounced checks. After the order is confirmed and paid, no changes or cancellations can be made to the order. Expocabinets will assume no responsibility for unforeseeable delays caused by reasons beyond our control. Expocabinets will not provide refunds or credits for such delays.



Payments

We accept credit cards, cash and checks for payment, but a discount will be applied to everyone that pays with cash or check.



Free Granite

When you purchase a minimum of 8 cabinets in a set with at least 3 upper and 3 base units, you are eligible for a free granite countertop that matches your design. Island and pass-thru countertops are not included in the promotional pricing. If you would like to have the sink hole already cut, you would have to purchase the sink with us, otherwise we will provide the countertop without a sink hole.



Pickup

You are responsible for checking off all items listed on your ticket at the moment of pickup. If any item is missing, they must be noted on the ticket before signing. When you sign all items unless otherwise noted will be considered received in full and Expocabinets will not be held responsible for anything found to be missing after. Additionally, any items not picked up after 45 days are to be considered abandoned and the ticket will be closed.



Delivery

The delivery must be received by an authorized person 18 years or older. All job site deliveries require an authorized signature for proof of delivery. You are responsible for checking items color, size, and quantity received before signing the delivery ticket. Once the ticket is signed, all items in the ticket are considered delivered in full, unless otherwise noted on the ticket. If there is no one to receive the delivery, the driver will attempt contact and wait 20 minutes maximum. Any subsequent attempts for deliveries will result in an additional fee for each attempt.



Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours after receiving your items. Take a clear picture of the entire item and a second picture of the damaged area and email it to us along with your name, the order number and the size and the color of the item. Do not assemble or install the damaged/defective items or we will not honor the replacement.



Returns

All returned Items must be in the same condition as received. We do not accept returns if items are assembled or were installed. Any custom-made items are not returnable. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be inspected for damages. Assembly fee is not refundable.



Warranty

All cabinets are covered under a one-year manufacturer defect warranty from the date of original purchase under normal use. Must retain proof of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferrable.
